X + Y = -102

LET Y = SMALLER NUMBER THEN Y = X - 62

X + (X - 62 ) = - 102

2X - 62 = - 102

2X - 40

X = 20

20 + Y = - 102

Y  = - 102 - 20

Y  = - 122

X = 20, Y = - 122

CHECK;

DOES X + Y = - 102

And Y is 62 less than X
