Cross-multiply & solve:

[tex]4.5x=117\\x=26[/tex]

So 117 L = 26 gallons

Out of 300 gallons, it's

[tex]\frac{26}{300} =\frac{2(13)}{2(150)} =\frac{13}{150}[/tex]
