If they are asking you to rewrite the question, otherwise known as rephrasing it, you would write it from left to right! So...

z-6>11 That's exactly how you would put it.

This is right but put a little dash or line underneath the greater than sign. This will indicate that it is either greater than or Equal to the other number.
