How does blake use light and darkness in a symbolic and very romantic way in "the chimney sweeper" (1)?

In the chimney Sweeper, the use if light and darkness are used to symbolized innocence and evil.
The light represent the innocent kids that are forced to do the labor jobs while the darkness represent the evil environment that exploited the children to do the labor job.
